What are you thinking now?

We all have our own way of fixing and managing our daily hassles. Yet some images, emotions, and thoughts haunt us and take away the best of our life. Becoming masters of our own thoughts and emotions would require finding the right tools to identify and appraise them in the right manner. Mastering Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) gives an amazing possibility for one to become a master of our thoughts. Delving into the possibilities of thoughts and its nature is a hidden treasure and an easy asset everyone holds. It’s about learning alternative perspectives to look at things that happen and discovering numerous possibilities to reappraise the existing situations in life. Reappraisals and restructuring can help our mind define reality with lesser negative emotional intensity. We will be less inclined to think in an automatic manner knowing everything is not facts but something is just opinions. The greater gain is that the mind will be unfolding into new possibilities that help stretch one to see the different potentials of the same thoughts.
